We are looking for staff who:

  • Actively live out their faith

  • Commit to and engage with a local church body

  • Are people of strong moral character

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree and desire to continue to learn and grow professionally

  • Have teaching experience and/or relevant experience working with children

  • Truly enjoy children and feel a call to teaching and discipling the next generation

  • Desire to teach using a classical approach in a Christian environment

  • Are passionate about pursuing and teaching truth, goodness, and beauty within the scope of a liberal arts education
